Tallying the Votes...

Hey everyone! I know you are all anxiously awaiting the results for our "Favorite Store" voting, and rest assured that those results will be coming shortly. We receieved more votes than we had anticipated, almost 500! This greatly exceded our expectations, so THANK YOU to all who submitted their votes! We are currently sifting through all of those to find out which store will be showcased right here on our Blog. As soon as we declare a winner, we'll be sure to let you know. Thanks for your patience.

One of our Maps-2-Memories Retailers was recently featured in an issue of Scrapbook Retailer Magazine. Kit Phillips and her store, Scrapbook Extraordinaire in Orange City, FL, are featured in the "Retailer Spotlight" section of the August/September issue. Now here's where we at Maps-2-Memories need a little feedback from you. Next week we will be having our very own "Retailer Spotlight" on this blog. You get to choose one of our Maps-2-Memories Retail Stores, and we will highlite them right here for everyone to read about! The store that receives the most votes will be highlited right here so EVERYONE can read about how great they are!

The Greatest Distance?

As our website is brand new, we are very excited and encouraged when we hear about how Scrappers are using our site to find Independent Scrapbook Stores across the nation. Just this week, the owner of Cat's Creations in Mineral Wells, TX, sent us the following email:

"I just had my FIRST Maps-2-Memories Customer! She lives in San Antonio and found one of your little flyers while at a store in Virginia. She goes right through here going from San Antonio to her parents in Oklahoma. Very nice lady that I will probably see more often since I am on her 'route'. "

We were very excited to hear that this Scrapper picked up a flyer in Virginia, and then found Cat's great store in Texas! This is the ultimate reason that we created this website in the first place; to help Scrapbooking enthusiasts find all of the great stores across the nation!
